Once an order is placed and payment is completed, the order is automatically processed with our authorized distributors/wholesalers.
Therefore, no order cancellation, modification, or refund request will be accepted under any circumstances.
Exceptions (if any):
If a product is out of stock with our distributor, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
In case of wrong or damaged product received, claims must be made directly with the manufacturer’s warranty service centre.
